Mediterranean Charm with Modern Comfort

Originally built in 1930, this Eclectic Mediterranean home was thoughtfully renovated in 2022 to honor its historic character while enhancing functionality and style. We updated the windows, installed hand-painted Spanish tile surrounds, and replaced the flooring with narrow-plank wood appropriate to the home's era. Exterior elements were refreshed to harmonize with the Mediterranean aesthetic, while the main living space was reimagined with a new fireplace that draws the eye to the vaulted ceiling and original beams. This Mediterranean interior design renovation results in a timeless home that celebrates its past while living beautifully for today.
