The Team
Emily is our Purchasing Expediter, which means that she's our designers’ best friend. Emily is responsible for many tasks that maintain the flow of Michelle Miller Design’s projects. She oversees all orders, warehouse status, scheduling, invoicing, and client deliveries. Emily is our vendor liaison and ensures that every item ordered arrives on time and in perfect condition for our clients. Emily’s strong attention to detail keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Emily’s favorite part about working at MMD is watching the projects evolve all the way from the ordering stage to the delivery phase. She loves seeing all of the elements of a project come together to create a beautiful and impactful design.
Emily is a graduate of Florida State University and has been with MMD since 2018.
In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, and boating with her husband and son.
Savannah pulls inspiration for her designs from her clients. She loves when clients are excited about the design process because it motivates her to get creative and have fun with the designs. Savannah’s favorite moment of the design process is “Install Day” because everything finally comes together and she gets to see the client’s reaction.
Savannah graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in interior design. She has been with MMD since 2019. She is a Florida native and enjoys being outdoors, curling up with a good book, and snuggling with her dog Madi.
Curt and Michelle started Michelle Miller Design in 2000 with the goal of combining their professional knowledge to create a business that would synergize all their individual experiences.
Curt brought valuable management experience working in the corporate brand development world for many years and now oversees our marketing, sales, CRM, and fulfillment processes. His creative and relaxed management style allows him to strengthen our client and industry partner relations and business development.
Curt’s main focus is to ensure that Michelle Miller Design continues to be the go-to interior design firm. His team takes the day-to-day burden off of the designers, allowing them to focus on more creative and exciting designs.
Curt is most proud of our staff and the reputation that MMD has in the design community.
Diana’s favorite moment in the design process is when the concept becomes a reality for her clients. Her style is modern and eclectic and she loves utilizing embellishments, textiles, and textures. Diana relies on her creativity to reinterpret an element or object that can be used in her projects. She takes great responsibility in pushing her clients’ boundaries to execute a design plan that they can enjoy for years to come.
Before coming to MMD, Diana spent eight years in Miami as a high-end residential, yacht, hospitality, and retail designer. She moved to Tampa Bay in 2016 to join the MMD team. Outside of the office, Diana can be found relaxing on the beach, spending time with friends and family, or trying out a new restaurant in the bay area.
Natalie brings an artistic, forward-thinking approach to every project, beginning with establishing a clear stylistic direction and thoughtfully carrying that vision through each detail of the home. She pulls inspiration from a blend of international and fashion trends, design podcasts, and Pinterest, finding creative connections between these influences and the character of each project location. What she loves most about working at MMD is the collaborative, inspiring environment that pushes her to grow.
Born and raised in Atlanta and a proud University of Alabama graduate, Natalie loves exploring new places. Travel is her biggest creative spark, keeping her inspired and energized both personally and professionally.
Ciera’s favorite part of the design process is building strong client relationships through the design process and then watching those same clients fall in love with their new homes on reveal day. Ciera draws inspiration from her clients, whether it’s their favorite travel destination or architectural style. Her favorite part about working at MMD is that we don’t confine ourselves to one style and that each project is curated to the client’s unique vision. Ciera finds joy in all the different ‘hats’ she gets to wear at MMD, from AutoCAD drafting and finish specifications, to project management and final furnishings installation.
Ciera graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in interior design and has been a part of MMD since 2016. Ciera is NCIDQ certified and is also a member of ASID and IIDA. In her free time, Ciera loves exploring St. Pete for new restaurants, taking on new home projects, or just spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two springer spaniels.
