This custom waterfront home was designed as a retreat where elegance meets everyday comfort. We collaborated closely with the architect and builder to select finishes, fabrics, and materials that are both durable and timeless, creating a home that withstands daily family life while feeling warm and inviting. Subtle neutrals paired with soothing blue accents, layered wood tones, and textural elements highlight the stunning water views and cultivate a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Custom features — from a two-toned oak breakfast nook crafted by a local artisan to distinctive ceiling treatments with reclaimed barnwood — balance style and function, making the home elegant, comfortable, and effortlessly livable for family and entertaining.
