Located in the Snell Isle area of St. Petersburg, this modern architectural home was designed to maximize indoor-outdoor flow. Our clients wanted a spacious outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining, both privately and with family and friends. The open-concept outdoor space features an infinity pool, dining area, and outdoor kitchen, all designed to feel contemporary yet inviting. This modern interior design in St. Petersburg uses warm woods, woven textures, and layered textiles to soften the stone, concrete, and metal surfaces while echoing the hues of the bay. The result is a cohesive, comfortable environment where interior and exterior spaces flow almost seamlessly.
